WHERE IS THE SESSION TAKING PLACE?

Your session is taking place at a gorgeous loft/studio that I have chosen for lighting purposes and have decorated especially for your shoot!

It is located between North Market coffee shop and Blush & Black Spa.

There are many parking spots available on the main and surrounding streets as well as a parking lot in behind the building (4hour parking).

HOW DOES A MARATHON WORK?

No running required, I promise! The word 'marathon' is simply used because we will be photographing more then one woman in a day. When you show up at your chosen time slot (no need to come early), you are our main focus for the next 2 hours. You'll start by getting your makeup done and then it's shooting time!

HOW SHOULD I PREP?

Hair is not included in your package but we can help to make it look nice. We don't recommend you do anything TOO fancy since you will often be laying down and playing with your hair. Nice loose curls are gorgeous or leave it straight and silky - whatever you prefer!

Please show up with a bare face so that Sarah has a nice clean canvas to work on. 

Moisturize your skin and wear loose clothes to prevent indentations/marks. 

Not eating won't make you look any skinnier, it will simply make you grumpy. Eat before your shoot so that you are happy and comfortable!

CAN YOU RETOUCH SMALL IMPERFECTIONS SUCH AS SCARS, BLEMISHES, ETC.?

I do very minimal editing but can certainly retouch things like stray hairs, scars, bruises or blemishes. I won't alter what you look like because some of those small details are part of you; therefore, I ask that you let me know if there is something specific you want touched up. 

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Everyone has a different style and 'lingerie' isn't for all types. I usually tell people to bring at least 3 different outfits and 'looks' that you are comfortable in. A simple bra and underwear combo is a good start, then you may want to bring something a little bit more edgy but still tastefully classic (bustiers, garter belts, thigh highs, onesies fall into this category). The final look can be something a bit more natural. Something that you might wear on a Sunday morning, lounging around the house (loose over the shoulder top and bootie shorts, boyfriend shirt, sweater and knee high socks, etc.). Don't forget to bring a pair of sexy heels as well!

I'M NERVOUS AND HAVE NO CLUE WHAT TO DO!

That is COMPLETELY normal. I don't think I've ever photographed an intimate session of a woman who wasn't slightly terrified. We don't expect you to know what you are doing. I assure you, we are there to make you feel 100% comfortable! I will be giving you direction the entire time and giving you posing tips and tricks along the way. These sessions are filled with laughter and I promise you a good time!

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT PROCESS WORK?

If you booked a time slot in the marathon, chances are you paid a 200$ deposit. Your final total +tax is due 3 weeks prior to the session. E-transfer or cash is accepted.

WHEN WILL MY PHOTOS BE READY? 

I will have your image gallery edited and sent to you within 2-3 weeks unless you have specifically asked and paid to have them rushed.

As for the album - the process takes another 3 weeks after receiving your images and album design.

ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW?

We often recommend false lashes to enhance your eyes. Sarah has many different styles of lashes to choose from. ** Please bring 10$ and pay Sarah directly for those. E-transfer is accepted as well.
